Why I want to be a Chef? Because I can make cooking very well more then other people. I feel confident.
Am I working in the industry? NO! I never working in the industry. I just practice cooking in my house.
My personal philosophy of cooking... "I have to make happiness from my cuisine to other people". When I cooking, I also hard and tired. However, when other people eat my food and they get satisfy, I feel get great joy. Therefore, I have to make awesome food and then I can get satisfy.
What I hope to gain from this experience? After graduate, I want to go to NEW YORK city. Because that city more heplful than other city in my carrer. So, I hope learn about basic skill for my future.
